CBLCSW Mental Health Education Services is a mental health platform created by Chardinal Bain, a licensed mental health clinician that specializes in providing mental health education to underserved communities, organizations and caregivers who are involved in the lives of children.

Counseling services are also available and offered to ALL potential clients through 
Blooming Healthy Minds Counseling.
